Hi Quality OE replacement filters for 20" iSpring
I've been using the iSpring whole-house triple stage filter system for about 4 years now. I only purchase OE filters from iSpring. These FC25 carbon filters are great and I get at least 5 months - or more- of filtering with NO chlorine smell at all in my water, could not be happier. I change them at approximately 30K gallons filtered.

Excellent product
I have used these filters for a couple years now. This removes the metals and give a great taste to the water. My wife and I both love the result. I had one filter that had an issue and Nick at iSpring support was great to deal with and replaced the filter immediately. Great customer support.

No returns free
Wrong size I need, and yet same product number. So cost me $20 to return. Will not buy the same brand that won’t return

The product itself is decent if they bother to send you a filter pack that isn’t damaged.. Bought the filter install kit and it’s done great until it comes time to service the system. So far it has not been a good long term investment. We ordered this pack of replacement filters and half of them were cracked upon delivery/damaged . I submitted a warranty claim almost a year ago and they keep rejecting it. I circled the fractures in the filters they sent and sent photos of the damage to them. Still been denied any warranty for pot quality so recommend home owners (or anyone who takes pride) to look elsewhere until there is more support for ongoing customers. They clearly swindle people that are invested so buyer beware

We used the carbon filter for our water system and except for the one broken filter was excellent!
