Have never used these before... does the hair grow back stubbly? Would like to use on face. Thanks

I’ve been shaving my face for over a year now and it never grows back stubbly for me, whenever it does grow back it just looks the same as it did before

Will this get tiny buried in hair on upper lip? I have little black dots showing from buried in hair and I am self conscious about it

I can’t imagine they would - you need to get below the skin surface and this is not the right tool to do that

Will this get rid of peach fuzz? Plus will the Peach fuzz grow back thicker and darker?

It definitely gets rid of peach fuzz. Makes your skin feel so smooth and looks a lot brighter too. Peach fuzz eventually does grow back but it doesn't grow any longer than it originally was. So no it won't make it thicker and darker. I do mine once every 3 weeks or so.
