If these are difficult to swallow, cut them like I do; I cut these into 3's - using my teeth. My immune system must've been down, badly; I've been lethargic, blerghhh and mehhh - just dead. I'm 18st and 6ft 6, so I knew that I'd need a high potency. 1000mg seemed enough, however, due to my volume, I always need a higher dosage of everything. PAIN IN THE ASS!!😖😑 I started with one pill, and noticed nothing. I gave it a few days, upped to two, then three pills... Within days I felt a marked improvement, and I noticed that I'm thicker, harder and healthier where it counts. WILD!! I mean, It makes sense, but I'm still stunned at how much of a difference these pills are making, and how quickly they work. I'll always purchase these pills. I'll need them; I push my body so hard that it absolutely depletes me. I take three of each (B12, C, D3) each day, (the excess vitamins that aren't taken up by the body are removed during in urination). My body needs more, as I'm deficient in these three vitamins. This company serve me well.

I bought these Vitamin C tablets and although a little bit large to swallow, you can break them in half very easily. I find them good value for money. I like the high concentration of Vitamin C and apparently this doseage can help to get rid of nano tech from your blood. Good to keep taking them regularly just for that reason alone.

Honestly why are some people complaining of swallowing this vitamin c? There’s nothing wrong it, just pour water inside your mouth, throw in the tablet and swallow together with the water, and it goes down smoothly without stress. This is a great vitamin and does the job, I no longer get flu from my little one when she brings it from nursery . My skin is glowing too

I really struggle to swallow these pills. You can break them in two, which helps, but even in half they are very difficult to get down. Otherwise they are effective.

I never have a problem swallowing tablets but these are really hard to swallow. They are large but they also start to disintegrate the minute you put them in your mouth and before you have had the chance to take a drink, meaning you have this chalky mess in your mouth. They also taste vile! The price is good but would never buy again and going to throw out and replace for ones I don't need to psych myself up to take!

Le compresse si possono spezzare a metà e sono masticabili anche se un po' aspre😁 Il prodotto è ottimo. Io assumo 2 compresse (spezzandole) in 4 momenti della giornata, perchè ho saputo che il corpo riesce ad assimilare solo 500mg alla volta di vitamina C. Lo Consiglio, perchè ha un ottimo rapporto qualità/ prezzo.La ditta fa ottimi prodotti di alta qualità.Grazie

Tabletten lassen sich gut schlucken, dank ihrer Form. Bei mir wurde mal ein Mangel an Vitamin C festgestellt. Meine Endokrinologin empfahl mir täglich 2000mg zu nehmen, dank dieser Tabletten kann ich mit nur 2 Stück meinen Tagesbedarf decken und vertrage sie vom Magen her erstaunlich gut. Ob Kapseln besser wären, weil sie das Vitamin C langsamer abgegeben kann ich nicht beurteilen. Ich nehme dieses Vitamin C von diesem Hersteller schon sehr lange und mittlerweile sind manche Beschwerden zurück gegangen. Kaufe das Produkt ständig nach, da mich die Qualität und das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis überzeugt haben.

Deze vitamine C heeft een grijze kleur en is niet voorzien van een mooi laagje hierdoor komt er wat poeder van de tablet Aangezien vitamine C in de darmen verwerkt moet worden lijkt het mij dat deze vitamine C daar niet toe in staat is want veel te poreuze kwaliteit.
