If you have the Uber shackles, you will need the isolators specifically for Uber shackles. https://www.amazon.com/GearAmerica-Isolators

Q: can anyone with with a key, say they have the same shackles, remove these, or are the keys each unique?

Yes if someone else has a set they can remove yours. A lock is just to keep an honest man honest, it won't stop a thief.
