## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is this the kind you light newspaper to start? What is the "cord" people refer to?**
A: There are very two different products being sold on this one page. One is a "chimney" starter that uses newspaper or other easily flammable material to start charcoal with a live flame, the other is an electric starter (hence the cord) that starts charcoal with heat from a coil rather than live flame.

**Q: Are the holes up the side?**
A: Not really, just enough holes for air to circulate.  Works really well.  I love mine - recommended to me by my son.

**Q: Description says "4-pounds" of charcoal, Features says "up to 2-pounds". Which is it?**
A: It certainly isn't 4 pounds. 2 at best which is fine for an averaged sized grill. This grill-pro is actually a small unit. I've since bought a much larger one which probably holds 3-4 pounds.

**Q: Does this rust easily?**
A: We have had ours for about 2 years and it stays outside on the porch and we have no rust

This was actually bigger than we expected. I don't know why we didn't think it would be the size that it is, but it's nice. Definitely worth the money. We always struggle with charcoal when grilling out, it usually takes us a few tries before they catch. But with this, it works well! Glad we decided to go for it. We usually use gas, so this helps a lot when we use the charcoal side.
