This Jet-Lube marine grade moly paste is good stuff. I will often use it in place of anti-seize compound on the threads of nuts, bolts and screws that will be exposed to salt air and the elements. This is an actual moly paste, not just ordinary moly grease. It is rated for extreme low temperature applications down to -300 degrees F and is also non-melting up to 750 degrees F. After several unsuccessful attempts with other lubricants, using this Jet-Lube I was finally able to quiet an annoying squeak coming from the Regula 25 movement in an old late 1970's cuckoo clock that my wife found at a local thrift shop. I used a toothpick dipped in the moly paste to lightly coat each of the teeth on the escape wheel and then just let it run. It's been several months since then and the squeak is still gone. This moly paste can be messy to work with, so I normally wear disposable nitrile gloves and use a small flux brush to apply it. It seems to work equally well with all types of metals. I'm going to use it to lubricate the spring and tube of my break-barrel air rifle the next time I overhaul it. This 1-pound can was very reasonably priced here on Amazon and given how little of it is normally needed to get the job done, it will probably last me for many years to come.

Great stuff, we use it in the ship yard any time machined mating surfaces or bolts are under the water. This isn't much more than never seize but its way better. At this size of a can you will probably pass it on to your kids when you die lol

Amazingly effective. In the San Antonio, TX heat out in the Eagleford Oilfields, my PTO keeps running, I've never lost a shaft or U-joint since I started using this wonderful grease. I wish I could buy in vials for easy loading into grease gun.

I was using Honda Moly 60 for motorcycle spline lube which along with other formerly used lubes like Guard Dog which are no longer available. I am trying this as a substitute for those materials. Which spline lube to use is a polarizing discussion amongst real and imagined motorcycle maintenance cognoscenti. I don't claim to be either of those, and I don't offer it as a recommendation for that service, but it is what I use. There are others.

slapped it in 4 different guns in 4 different calibers and they all ran great (except for one which i put too much grease on, wiped it out and it ran perfectly after)1 lb for this purpose will last pretty much forever.

This IS the stuff! Great for anything that gets wet. It works, it stays a very long time. Outstanding for Marine use.Messy, yes. But nothing works better. I also use it as antisieze. Has never failed me.

This stuff is incredible and very washout resistant. It has completely eliminated several squeaks I was getting in a rear suspension linkage with a premium lithium grease. This seems to have a very high sheer and it sticks ferociously to the surface you apply it on.

Used it to lube the new kingpins on my MG. Seems to work well, but we'll see long term.
