Fairly Economical
It's bran. I used to get it a bulk food store but hard to find these now. Works as it always did for adding fiber to diet. 2-3 teaspoons a day does very well.

Goood quality but price could be better
Great quality and box came in intact and protected no damage taste great but price is alot for quantity very fresh and good in fibers and also making healthy bread has great texture

Sprinkle on top of food, taste is good...good source of fiber when needed for those days of discomfort ... lol My son's Pediatrician recommended this, my cabinet will keep this on stock.
