May 25, 2021 Yes, the mirror is a true STANDARD mirror. My husband needed it to shave sitting in a wheelchair. The neck is very adjustable so you can set it in a position you prefer.

Can you use this in the shower?

Honestly it so flimsy you cant bend it all the way down or it tops. I'd look for a mirror with suction cups for the shower
