What can you say about sticky notes? They're sticky, but not too sticky; they're notey, but not too notely. It's odd because they're also black, which makes writing on them with traditional pen or pencil the same as writing a secret message to your buddy when you're nine, but they're what my daughter wanted and she seems exceptionally happy with them. Of course I keep finding them all over the house, stuck in places where I'll find them, especially after I make a parental decree my daughter doesn't like, so I can't say she's not getting use out of them.

I love black everything. These are super cool and I’m so happy I found them. They are pretty similar to regular post it notes just not as soft but that is not a problem. They also don’t stick very well once you peel it off but that is not a problem either.

I really wanted these to work because the price is great and they look just like standard Post-it notes. Unfortunately, they simply do not do what they’re supposed to do. The adhesive is extremely weak. Within one to two minutes of sticking one to paper or any clean, dry surface, the edges start curling up right where the adhesive strip is. Shortly after that, the note falls off completely. I tested these on multiple surfaces — paper, desk, monitor, whiteboard, and even the refrigerator. Same result every time. If you leave the room and come back later, expect to find them on the floor. The only way I could get them to stay put was by using Scotch tape, which completely defeats the purpose of buying sticky notes in the first place. At that point, you might as well just use scrap paper and tape. Yes, they’re inexpensive, but they’re not a good value if they don’t function. They look fine, but they don’t stick — and that’s the one job they’re supposed to do. I wouldn’t recommend these unless you plan on taping them down.
