Not concentrated! The description says 4 gallons. False advertising. They just charged me $14.96 to return the product. What a rip off!

The description states 4 gallons volume. I received the product and it states makes 4 gallons.

This is not the concentrate!!!!!
The product is good but, I feel really ripped off. The listing shows four gallons as the quantity in the specifications but the product they shipped is pre-mixed 1 gallon. I wanted the concentrate!!! The concentrate would make four gallons. Buyer beware.
