Great for a Boost of Energy Without Tweaking
These are a great appetite suppressant and energy booster. I usually take one in the morning a few minutes before eating breakfast with a big glass of water--very important to drink plenty of water to avoid dry mouth and/or headaches. I haven't experienced any real side effects except the occasional heartburn, dry mouth and headache. Like any other stimulat don't take too late in the evening and if you're sensitive to stimulants take only one.

ramp up
I can feel the difference. I'm not as sore after a workout and I can do more reps. My cardio is increased but the sleep you get is very unsatisfying, its very hard for me to go to sleep when I take this. Other than the sleep factor its a good product if you want to workout without feeling it in the morning.

The boost i needed
Force factor ramp up is the greatest I have seen and felt. I work 2nd shift at my job when taken these pills at night and following the directions. I have lost 13 pounds so far and this is just awesome when taking two pills before working out I can do better work outs and now i feel like I am back in 20's

Ramp up
This product is pretty good. I tried out for the first time, and could notice the difference in energy that I had. I stated with one pill every 8 to 12 hours, then I tried 2 pills. I'm finding that 2 pills a day works for me. overall a good product.

Fat burner??
I found that this product dose not work to good but give me that sick feeling every time I took it. I will not take any more.

Not doing what it says it will do
I cannot say that I noticed any difference while using it but may be I would have to use it at least two months I reserve the review my post.... after may be use it for two months straight.
