Not sure about the 7mm but not bad really.
This skin isn't too bad to work with, provided you take your time. You have to push quite deep to get it to hold the ink though. I found the best way to be able to clean is vaseline before you run your line (or what ever you're doing) wipe then a bit more vaseline and wipe and repeat. It does clean up OK in the end!

Not good, doesn't take in ink you have to push in like 5mm+ of the needle to make a line so it doesn't portray real skin.When it comes the time to wipe the ink of the skin it will just smudge and stay there even if you clean it in a sink with soap and water...

Way too thin! May as well be tattooing paper
This skin is almost as thin as paper! The needles go straight through and slice it. Wouldn’t recommend at all. I tested one and binned the rest
