Liquid I.V.® Hydration Multiplier +Energy - Lemon Ginger | Electrolyte Powder Drink Mix | 1 Pack (14 Servings)

I just barely turned in my review for my first trial package of Liquid I.V. when I got the package with my second flavor, Lemon Ginger. I liked it, but still wish it had a tad bit more salt, and although the flavors I've had were good, I would love to be able to purchase Watermelon, probably my absolute favorite flavor in the more expensive brand I had to give up because of lack of funds. I recommend this product. I am not a water drinker, and tend to get dehydrated because I don't drink enough water. I can drink these and they make me feel much more energy, and take away my dry mouth. I recommend this brand, and hope they might come up with a few other flavors for me to try.

I had a pretty terrible soda habit, I used this to kick it. You get good energy out of it without being wired, the energy lasts, and you don’t crash. It does have sugar, but not as much as a soda. I used to crank down a soda in the morning and have a caffeine/sugar crash around 2pm, doesn’t happen with these, even if I just have one a day which is my usual. Good stuff. It’s somewhat strong to me, so I can get away with adding more water. Tastes different at first, but you quickly get used to it, not a bad taste at all. It can be found cheaper elsewhere.

I LOVE the quality, flavor, longevity, & hydrating effects of the Liquid IV brand! This particular one; however, wasn’t a good combo for my palate. Note: I usually consume a Liquid IV packet at 50% strength plus ice cubes (in 32oz of water versus 16oz as on the packaging). That may have affected the flavor, I don’t know. I also keep 6 flavors on hand, so I didn’t cry for too long, lol!! A friend was very happy to receive my unused portion, so it all worked out just fine. The End! P.S. If you ever see the cotton candy flavor available, GET IT!!—it comes in pink & blue (most Liquid IV makes clear or cloudy water). That flavor was a limited edition run during summer 2022 & it’s still only 45 calories, has all the hydration you need, & the taste is positively super!!

During the hotter months I go through Liquid Iv like mad! It's not uncommon for me to drink two to three pouches a day if I am working out in the heat. Of course you want to drink about a 4:1 ratio of water in between, but they do help to replenish the sodium and sugars lost through perspiration. If you have never had any of their products before, beware they all have a strong salty flavor, which is great when you are thirsty, not so much when you're not. This particular flavor was honestly not my favorite. They use matching green tea as the base which is different than their other products. I believe that is why this one has such a bitter bite at the end.

I have researched and tried many energy drinks and healthy alternatives to coffee and liquid iv energy wins by a large margin. The main reasons why liquid iv scores high is: 1. Quality of ingredients. I just can not find any other energy drink that packs such high-quality ingredients as ginger+guayusa and matcha in them! Most energy drinks just pack huge amounts of pure caffeine without the amazing L-theanine which is a key component of green teas and helps to keep energy and focus steady. The closest competitors are Matcha Hussle (has matcha) and Runa (has guayusa) cans which I both love but even these canned drinks lose on a couple of points. 2. Convenience. Having a nice and light packet filled with fresh green team blend is hands-down more convenient and environmentally friendly than carrying around big cans. Also, you have the freedom to dilute it with water or make a milkshake. With canned drinks, your options are more limited. Also, canned drinks must contain some preservatives and flavor additives which while harmless is still a kind of chemicals you probably do not want to consume on a regular basis. 3. Caffeine effectiveness. Okay, here It must be acknowledged that everyone reacts differently to the differ type and different amounts of caffeine. I get jittery when consuming regular medium size Starbucks coffee and also the effect does not seem very consistent and depends on a lot of factors which probably are true for most. I generally find 100-150mg is about right for a single serving. Less than that and you may not feel anything. More than that you get headaches and crash. With liquid iv energy, I seemed to get just the right amount of caffeine which is felt like a smooth ramp of energy that stays on for a few hours typically 3-5 hours. Also, liquid iv energy is surprisingly consistent! I do not know how to explain but 90% of the time it works spot on! Even with either healthy energy drinks like Runa, Matchabar or Uptime I get the desired energy lift in about 60-70% of time. Probably some combination of vitamins gingers which work synergistically with green tea :)

I don't understand all then negative reviews. As far as the taste goes, tastes great to me just like the yellow Gatorade. I was feeling really tired and my daughter gave me a pack, can't drink coffee due to gut issues. The IV Energy took away my desire to take a nap, had steady energy for the rest of the day. The miracle part is what this has done for my chronic stress, which causes so many physical and mental issues. I'm so much calmer, bloated belly is going down, skin is firmer and clearer. Stress causes so many health problems and stress depletes potassium. The other day I saw my Mailman limping. He said he went to the chiropractor but he was still in a lot of pain, I told him he was probably potassium and magnesium deficient. I gave him a pack of the IV with the energy and the other one without the energy. I saw him the very next day and he said all the pain was gone, he was walking normal and smiling. He said he took one that night and the energy one in the morning and all his pain was gone. If your a young healthy person that eats clean and has zero stress than you probably don't need this, but if you have a stressful life, don't eat well and or have digestive issues you need to try this right away.
