How long in this product good for after opening?

I have used this for almost 2 months after opening, and it is still good. I never saw the “use within 3 weeks after opening” 😂 flavor and texture are still the same.

How sweet is this item? I'm looking for a white chocolate sauce.

Buy white chocolate instead, then create your own sauce to your taste with condensed milk, milk, table cream, whatever works for you. This sauce is one of the worst things I've ever tried in my life.

can i use these for hot cocoa bombs?

Depends on your recipe. Most recipes use a hot cocoa powder. But if it calls for a sauce then sure. For a white chocolate option using powder you can use the Sweet Ground White Chocolate Powder from Ghirardelli. Use warm milk to break open the bombs.
