Amazon rejected my first review on the grounds that I erroneously reviewed shipping and packaging experience and I have been asked to keep in mind that "...reviews should focus on specific features of the product and your experience with it." So here goes...A specific feature of the stem ginger jam was the broken glass mixed in with the preserve. My experience with it was to not encourage my mother to eat it, but to instead dispose of it safely into a bin.

Keeps a good non runny texture right through the jar. Great taste, and gooseberry jam is hard to find!
