This has really helped me with my menstrual problems. I feel alot better. My period is always painful but after taking these capsules i had no pain at all. I also feel less anxious. I took them one week before my period and during my period and it helped alot. Also i drink dandelion tea one week before my period to help flush excess estrogens. So this combination of both had helped me with menstrual issues.

I normally use a different brand. Wanted to try this one because it’s organic. Didn’t provide the same balance and clarity. Didn’t seem as potent. Might have been resolved by increasing the dosage but I decided to go back to my usual brand.

I've been using it for a few years in addition to evening primrose oil & soy. Never had a hot flash. I've stopped the soy, but continue the dong quai.Always consult your licensed medical professional!
