It is almost a booklet not a book for the high cost. Not worth buying. Just blah blahs. No practical tips or insights.

If you don't have a very knowledgeable understanding of the human body this book will not make sense to you. The book claims that you can "Find numerous illustrations and detailed step-by-step instructions". There isn't a detailed picture showing where or in which direction to perform the moves. The step by step instructions also leave much room for mistake and bad interpretation. There is alot of information regarding the history and general information about Bowen I would only buy this book if that's what you are interested in.

Such a powerful tool! This book helped my practice and my own knowledge so much in the field of bowenwork. I have read it repeatedly and gone back to it as a resource time and time again. If you are a bowenwork practitioner this book is a must have and if you aren't this book will definitely turn you on to this modality!

Good introduction and explanation if you are considering training or getting a treatment and want to know more before committing more expense.
