Golden Flax Seed Meal Organic Non-GE 12 Ounces

I use this stuff frequently for my gluten free baking. It adds a bit of a nutty taste and I love it. This product is NOT flax ***seeds***, but rather, nicely ground golden flax seeds to make a "meal" similar in texture to a flour.Whole flax seeds need to be refrigerated to stay fresh, but the meal doesn't seem to require it (although - truth - I go through it pretty fast!).I have bought this several times over the last couple of years. Good stuff!My purpose in reviewing this and other items is only to provide my honest opinion based on my experience with the item. I have to bake gluten free and flax seed meal is something I use pretty regularly. I have found out that there can be a big difference in taste and I really like this organic golden the best so far. I will be purchasing this product again.

Product was exactly what I expected.

The product is expired, I ate some and it tasted rancid, so I checked the date and it expired on 10/2019. It even looks like it was scratched to hide the expiration date. It even made me sick because I have a really sensitive immune system.

The amount of meal required to put on foods would just make goo out of your food... I returned the meal

Je ne mets que 3 étoiles car c'est super cher pour la quantité, et la livraison dure une éternité. Sinon, très bon produit, tous ceux qui ne mangent pas de gluten ni de farines de céréales savent que c'est un produit magique. A utiliser dans du yaourt, où en pâtisserie.

他の方のレビューにもありますがチャック噛み合わせがしっかりしておらずゴムで口を縛って使っていました。海外製品なので仕方ないかなとも思います。亜麻仁油は味を知っていましたが粉は初体験。心配していましたが思ったよりも香ばしい、ナッツの粉末のような味わいでした。スープなんかに入れて使いましたが粉が完全に溶けなかったので澄んだスープだと見栄えがややイマイチです、デミグラス系やカレーや無難にサラダ、あとはグラノーラなどが良いかと。日々オメガ3の摂取をすることが望ましいので、こまめに使うことを推奨します。

フラックスミールは日本の会社のは高いので本当に嬉しいです。届くのが予測より１週間くらい早く着いたし、他のブランドも試したけどこのフラックシミールが一番良かったです。また購入したいです。
