Dead Poets Society: N.H. Kleinbaum

Turned out great. Bought this as a present for my long-distance friend (soon to be girlfriend) for her 18th and it arrived in perfect condition.

A good quality book. It is a gift

Obviously a great novel and I would recommend anyone to read it especially if you liked the film. This edition was a bit of a strange printing, looks like a uni dissertation unless that is the look they were going for. Would love to see this in hard back or something so will keep an eye out.

This book thrives only on the greatness of the film from which it is derived. As a previous review suggested, a book can be a way of taking a great movie and enriching it through the depth and interest of character emotions and thoughts. Unfortunately, very little of this is present and it becomes, as such, a little too reminiscent of reading a glorified plot summary. Having said this, of all the film plots to reiterate into literature, this is far from the worst... it is in fact one of my favourite movies. Of course, the messages that the film embodies remain present and intact in the novelisation, but in this rare occasion I would have to recommend the film itself over the book.

One of my favorite books. I would advice everyone to purchase this. It makes you view perspectives differently. I was only a teen when my brother used to tell me about this and years later (Now in College) I see what the hype was all about !

The book is nice and short, small and in good condition. it was amazing, funny, wholesome and funny and just overall great, please check the tw's, and dont read if your heart gets broken easy, really sad
