So the construction instructions are pretty poor but it lets you disassemble so you can figure it out yourself. After that it is lightweight and sturdy and excellent value for money

The instructions are absolute rubbish. Luckily I have worked in the fitting assembly trade and I am used to poor drawings. Many people will struggle when presented with all the parts and a sheet of paper with a few vague drawings on. I actually built the thing using the picture on the box. The item, now its built seems quite good. Better, easy to follow instructions are needed.

Bought this to replace a smaller, plastic one which had collapsed (possibly due to length of hose). It was a little bit tricky to put together as the instructions were a bit vague but managed after watching a tutorial on YouTube of a similar one and studying the picture on the box. Very pleased with the reel as it took the long hosepipe I had to go on it. Ground clearance is good and it is easy to move around. Arrived on time, well packaged and good value for money.

Surprised how easy to assemble, perfect for a long hose. Should sell the reel with a couple of connectors to save buying separately.Well made and fairly tough plastic.

After spending ages trying to decipher the instructions to put it all together and looking on the internet for something similar with decent instructions, it was ready for action and my nerves were in tatters, you need to be a contortionist to put the thing together!The valve that joins by simply pushing together (bad idea) keeps coming apart when i try to use it, you can try your hardest to pull it apart but it will not budge, turn the water on and off it pops, contacted seller who told me my water pressure is to high, believe you me our water pressure is anything but high! anyway its in the skip and i now need to spend more money to get something that will hopefully work.

Neat little hose cart but rather fragile & the wheels come apart very easily!Not really suitable for a long hose!

Very pleased with this item. Easy to assemble. Wheels make it easy to manoeuvre as long hoses are pretty heavy.

we have a 40m hose so this reel easily fits our needs. It winds up fine although every other week we have to keep popping one of the bars connecting to the wheels back in as it keeps popping out of the slot. It would be nice for it to be built with some locking nuts or mechanism instead of just pushing it in a hole which seems to work free when you wind the hose up.
