I wasn't sure about these as I had ordered similar type "aftermarket" toner cartridges before, with disappointing results and likewise poor customer service. I was even considering just buying an entirely new printer as it would be the same cost as the "genuine" HP toner replacement package.HOWEVER - THESE ARE GREAT!!! VERY PLEASANTLY SURPRISED!! No smearing, colors and print PERFECT. I will DEFINITELY purchase again when I need more toner.I would recommend the manufacturer correct the spelling of a word on the box - "Guarantee" is the correct way to spell that word. ;-) That is the only "fault" found with this purchase!
