Tarragon leaves are easy to use when you want that extra spice, just like on a tomato sandwich or tomatoes and cucumbers with a splash of red wine vinegar. Very good to use and chicken noodle soups. Tarragon welcome to my family of spices where I only use: basil, parsley, thyme and cilantro. Be creative and add Tarragon to your array of spices, you won't regret it.
