Mostly love it, not as small as others make it sound
This armband is just about perfect for what I needed. It's the best way to keep your headphone cord from getting in your way while working out or from bouncing against you while running. The small velcro strap to secure your cord against the armband is the winning feature here. I can get my cord just the right length I need, wire it up through my sleeve and secure the rest of the cord with that velcro strap, keeping it out of the way. It works perfectly, stays in place well, is comfortable and looks good. The plastic sleeve fits the iPod snugly, there's no movement, no risk of it falling out. You won't be able to utilize any touch-screen controls while it's in the sleeve, but you can still relatively easily adjust the volume controls on the side. My headphones have an in-line track skip/pause/play, so this isn't an issue for me either way, but for others it may be a slight hinderance. Overall though, I think the features on this armband beat out the others that are available. Before purchasing this one, I had tried out the Mediabridge armband, but it had no way of securing the excess cord and felt a little more awkward. The Tune Belt armband is just right. As far as the size goes, if you have large/developed biceps or you're significantly overweight, it *might* be too small. I do have smaller arms (for a guy, at least, though not completely noodle either), but I also could go quite a ways before I'd outgrow this armband. I find it hard to imagine anybody who hasn't of normal/athletic build and not completely ripped wouldn't be able to fit this band around their arm (and of course, an extender is available separately for those who do need it). I'm very happy with it as long as it holds up over time.

Seriously short strap ...
When you read the reviews, please note that the length of the strap really is a concern. I ordered it assuming it would fit a 17” arm. Not even close (and my bicep is 12” unflexed, 6’, 185).I have ordered the extension strap, but be aware, if you are anything like a normal / large male, you will need the extender.I will amend this review once I can try the product, unusable (for me!) as shipped.

Love it!
I was tired of dangling cords and having to go in and out of my pocket for my iPod (or tucking it into my waistband) while working out. I did a lot of research before purchasing this one and still wasn't completely convinced it was what I wanted. However, I've been using it at the gym 4-5 days a week for almost a month now and haven't had any major issues. I'm very happy with it.Pros:- Fits around my arm just fine (although they're only 11")- iPod fits in there not too loose or too tight- I love the flap for wrapping earphones- Doesn't feel heavy or uncomfortable on my arm- The buttons are pretty accessible- Open sections for the power, auxiliary port, and charging port- Material hasn't worn outCons: (but nothing major to me)- The volume button isn't open from the side, but I don't have any issues adjusting it like some other reviewers do- The protective plastic does make it so you sometimes have to press harder on the screen, but I think that's to be expected. Also, for the most part I don't even notice it as an issue, and I'm frequently switching songs or adjusting the volume while I'm working out

BEST IPOD ARMBAND I'VE EVER OWNED
The velcro is strong and will hopefully last a long time (unlike previous armbands). The cord holder is an especially nice feature (if you are still using corded earbuds as I am). Make sure your iPod is secured at the top by the elastic or you may have trouble with your touch screen. It is very easy to remove and reattach if you need to add or remove layers. I may order another one as a backup if I expect my iPods to last long enough to make use of it (the iPod Nano is no longer made).

Too Small
This product is pretty good, well made, convenient Velcro flap for tidying up your wires for wired earbuds, but way too small. I'm a decent sized guy, 6'4" 225lbs. I have to open the band up to its maximum to get it on my bicep. When I do get the band all the way up on my bicep, the cover interferes with my Nano and interrupts play (very annoying). I have to keep the band down my arm a bit in order for it not to be too tight as to mess with the Nano's face. This product should have an extension band with it and this would solve your problem. Or just market it to children, or medium to small women.

Just about perfect
I was on a quest to find the perfect armband and this is pretty darn close. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because every once in a while - in mugginess - I do get a little, tiny, miniscule bit of condensation. Tiny! And that's after an hour run. I use this as my outdoor armband. Though it's not weatherproof it does offer more protection than my other arm band; Tuneband's Grantwood Technology Armband. This armband has an opening up top to slide the nano in and two small openings at the bottom for earplugs and charging - no need to remove it from its case to charge. The plastic covering does allow for finger selections which is very helpful! Comfy and I love love LOVE the extra velcro clasp to wrap my earphone cord!

Durable and Practical Armband with (All Improtant) Headphone Cord Wrap Feature
I own a TuneBelt armband for my iPhone, iPod Nano, and Shuffle. In fact, it is the only armband I will buy anymore. First of all, this is because of the durability. I run a lot...close to 2,000 miles a year. My previous Tune Belt for my iPhone was with me for all of those miles before it started showing sings of wear. In fact, I had to replace it because I upgraded my phone. I did have to wash it occasionally. The big plus for Tune Belts armband is the extra strap on the side of all these armbands that allow you to wrap all the slack in most headphone cords. This is invaluable since nothing is more distracting to me on the run than the headphone cord slapping against my body. Honestly, I don't know why more designers of armbands don't include this feature. It has proven to be the single most important feature that I look for and I know I can depend on Tune Belt.

Second one in 9 years!!
This is my second Tune Belt armband and it is every bit as good as the first one I had! The ipod fits nice and snug within the case - the only teeny tiny thing I would say is that the bottom of the sleeve is curved and this model ipod is square at the corners so it's not a 100% match, more like 99%! I only mention this if you were out running and it was raining, may be a slight risk of it getting wet. But, it is really comfortable, it's the best QUALITY one out there in my opinion, the one I had previously had (as a present) came with tiny velcro dots on for the fastening and they came off within a month. This strap is really sturdy and actually sticks properly. People with bigger arms should get the armband, I have no problems and it is plenty big enough for me, but I can see how if you are in the gym doing some exercises, there may not be a huge amount of 'flexing' room. Male or female doesn't matter, it's about the size of your arms!! The touch screen works fine through the plastic, I got headphones with a control on them, but it wouldn't matter if I didn't as this is fine with normal ones. Overall, another great product :)

Good quality.
Some of the other products when researching got really bad reviews. This one seemed quite good although some say it's quite a tight/small fit. However the size seemed to be the same as many of the lesser starred/reviewed. I worried it would be too small for my husband but was encouraged that it could be extended by buying an extender. Although I wasn't 100 % happy about the prospect of doing that I at least thought if it was good quality it was the best option. I needn't have worried. It is of a good quality, and fits (just about). it's not something you want too loose anyway. It fits the new iPod nano 7 which is what it was purchased for and husband is pleased.

good quality and as expected
good quality and as expected, i do recomend the strap extention to go with this as the strap is only suitable for people with very small arms.

Good Qulaity and Fit
My second Tune belt Nano armband. Had one for years for my old Nano and did not hesitate to get one for the new 7th Gen.Fits well. Touch buttons work though the plastic front cover without problem and although not exposed can use the up down volume buttons on the side without any problem. I only use this in the gym and this leads to one small issue. When things get hot and sweaty you do get moisture build up between the screen and the cover so when I get home I always take the Nano out of the armband to dry off. If you use the armband out running you would prob be glad of the completely weather proof screen cover. However for gym use a semi open cover would allow the Nano to 'breath' a bit. Might try cutting some holes in the plastic to see if it helps. Have pretty large biceps and the band just about fits. (I do own a Tune Belt extension but have not needed it so far.)

Comfortable and well made.
Well made, comfortable, easy to put on and wear. If you have large biceps then check the measurements! Fitted my Nano even with shell case protection.
