This is a joy. The only drawback is stopping myself from living off of it. I save my money by buying bulk and growing certain items, so a treat like this really makes the month for me.Highly recommend!

My mom loves these. We have used them in vegan paella, vegan shepherd's pie, migas, and on toast. The flavor is zippy, without being spicey ~ it's not hot.

This is great burger but the prices on this site are outrageous! You will see that there are ones that perfectly reasonable then there are these pkgs that cost hundreds of dollars for the exact same thing! I can only hope Amazon removes these sellers for price gudging during a international emergency before they ruin business by what the consumer perceives as the manufacturer being the ones doing it by not stopping it so customers arent being ripped off.

I went vegan about two weeks ago due to health reasons. It has been relatively easy, and I haven't missed the meat. It is more a variety of things to eat that has challenged me. Anyway, I bought Beyond Beef and Beyond Sausage at my local grocery store and tried them both. I really like them. The texture is chewy like meat, but you don't have to feel grossed out that you're chewing on an animal. You're chewing on plants. The taste is very good. I love the sausage especially. I split the sausages length-wise down the middle and cooked them in a frying pan. I put it over sauteed spinach and kale with some of my homemade salsa. It was so good. I'm going to put the leftovers pasta for lunch!
