I have owned a few of these Sciatica belts, and this is the best I have had, and definitely better than the far cheaper ones that are available. You do get what you pay for.This belt gives much better support than the cheaper versions, as the adjustable white bands are clearly stronger.Its very easy to put on and well made. Once you get used to it, you'll find you can move well and operate as normal while wearing it. Also, the material lets the skin breathe better than is the case with the cheaper belts.Just remember, this is not a silver bullet cure for Sciatica. It reduces the symptoms and slowly helps you get through a flair up.

Instant relief!A tighter and firmer support than normal back supports but focused on the sacroiliac area. Easy to put on and adjust. Instantly enabled me to walk in a better posture and more upright.Comfortable to wear and fit details are fairly accurate. Normal size fitted my 42inch waist measurement OK.I’m not sure how it would feel after wearing for a protracted period in hot weather but easily addressed if it causes sweating.Excellent product with high quality materials.

A bit bulky but gives good support

The belt is really good I have had it on 2 days and feel brilliant I can walk better and stand for longer I wear the belt when I go to bed and I get a great nights sleep and when I wake up in the morning I don’t feel any pain when get out of bed the belt makes it easier to do my exercises to help get rid of my sciatica the belt can’t cure the sciatica but it can take away the pain and help you with your posture also I take some naproxen to help also the belt dose what it says on the product best investment I have ever made hope this review helps other people with there back problems or there sciatica.Paul

It actually helped me with my pain! My Dr. suggested I give a try. I didn’t think it would help, but it is fantastic.

After using a while, I am writing my opinion.I got a problem between L5 S1, after some walk, I used to get pain in my lower back as well as pulling veins in foot, terrible. Now I am using this while treadmill, even started a few mins of jogging, cool, no issues at all. Thanks

Had bad sacroiliac and sciatica pain for about three weeks. Getting out of a chair was agonising and walking was awkward and painful. My hips hurt, my back was crooked and one shoulder was higher than the other. 10 days of wearing this belt and I'm pretty much pain free. I can stand up completely straight. Be sure to experiment with the position of the belt. Mine was slightly too high one day and I felt some pain.
