Perfect for my 4 year old and the whole family!!

Worst instructions to assemble Trampoline that I have ever seen. The instructions for this product were horrible. After getting base of trampoline up there were no instructions for the safety bars and netting. Really frustrating ! I am a handyman and this assembly was a real pain in the butt. I would not recommend buying this Chinese product. I would rather buy an American product with good instructions and pay more. Again you are left to figure out assembly yourself. There was nothing in the instructions to show you how the safety net and structure should be assembled. Good luck if you buy this product.

Seller refunded a fraction of the cost to repair defective clasps. BEWARE ~ not what you’re looking for ~ get the protection plan too!

The product box was delivered unopened in truck. Pieces were dispersed in truck. It so far is missing 1 spring (picture attached of what we need replaced, missing 1 black plastic cap, and the blue from cover came ripped with the white foam hanging out. We are still going through things and trying to assemble. If anything else is missing or in disrepair I will add that to my reveiw. I will change my review to be more positive if these items are replaced. The product is quite costly. We should be able to get these pieces replaced.

it is a nice trampoline but the instructions were hard to follow and incomplete. it also broke after 5 months of normal play.

AFTER FIGHTING THROUGH THE FRUSTRATION OF THE TERRIBLE INSTRUCTIONS WE FINALLY GOT IT UP AND ITS GREAT SO FAR WE RECIEVED IT ALOT EARLIER THEN IT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE DELIVERED WHICH WAS GREAT AND IT LOOKS GOOD AS WELL MY KIDS 5 AND 2 LOVE IT

Este trampolin fue comprado en Marzo de este año ( 2020) fue muy poco usado , para el mes de Octubre empezaron a soltarse las agarraderas de gancho en la malla, lo cual no es seguro para los niños. El vendedor no me supo responder a pesar que le informe que el producto fue muy poco su uso, me recomendó que me comprara otra malla. No se los recomiendo. Ya no se está usando y aún se siguen soltando los ganchos. Le doy zero estrella!

We have had it for less then 2 months and the black May has ripped. Only my 7 year old and one other friend have used it.
