Pleasantly surprised about the product. I admit I was hesitant about ordering these snooker balls because I would have expected to pay perhaps 2 or 3 times the price for new, great quality, well polished regulation sets! Cue ball cracked
Balls are fine and look very shiny. The problem is that the cue ball was cracked - maybe it cracked during transportation. If it is possible to send a replacement, it would be great.
