The hose is in the machine.
The washer is soothing me to sleep. I love how steady it is while on the wash. I don't know if I missed that the hose is in the washer. I am trying to shorten the wash, but so far it is amazing.

PERFECTION
So far so good! It’s the perfect size for out school bus conversion motor home. It washed and dried a load of towels with no issues. Doesn’t come out hot or anything but you can feel it’s dry, like an air dry cycle on a regular dryer. It does take a long time to dry BUT personally I think it’s worth the convenience. I do laundry at night so in the morning it’s done. The machine does shake a bit during the spin cycle and dry cycle but not the entire time and it was mostly a small vibration, nothing that annoyed me and doing the laundry at bedtime you don’t even notice the vibration

Absolutely the worst product, AND worst customer service.
I ordered one. I was sent two. I returned the one not needed and Factory Depot tells me they never received it - now I’ve got washer I can’t use because it backs up the water every time I use it, and am out 1400 on the second one I returned

Broke within <2 months of use
I ordered this product on 12/1/2019. It arrived in mid/late December but was not installed until January as we were in the middle of remodeling our laundry room. On 3/3/2020, the machine stopped working properly, giving error code E21. This meant that the machine was no longer draining properly and had to be manually drained of multiple gallons of water. As a new appliance, this was still under warranty. We submitted a claim on 3/4. And were initially offered a service date of 3/18 - two full weeks without the ability to do laundry. After contacting the manufacturer, the appointment was changed to a different appliance repair contractor and moved to 3/13, however, the otherwise offered nothing and felt over a week relegated to going to a laundromat was acceptable after having just paid for a brand new appliance from them. I will never buy from Magic Chef again. An appliance of this price point shouldn't break with less than 2 months of operation. My last washer was an LG and operated wonderfully for 10 years with no issues. I would not suggest purchasing this specific product nor any other product from this brand due to the disregard with which they treat their customers.

Terrible
I got a very good deal on this unit and saw one Youtube review that praised it. I was also intrigued by the fact that it doesn't require a vent and is an all-in-one combo unit. I've had it for 3 days now and it just keeps getting worse and worse. It takes longer to dry than a regular dryer. Fine - it's a smaller drum and it uses a newer more energy-efficient method of drying, but it's not worth it. I just pulled out 12 heavy duty cotton / synthetic socks and 4 regular sport socks, 1 pair of cargo pants and 2 pairs of cargo shorts after 4 hours (a quick wash cycle + dry cycle and then another dry cycle, since they weren't dry the first time around). They are still damp and the machine threw some error code - E30 - in the process. I had better luck yesterday with some t-shirts, even though it took all day to wash and dry them. Today, the machine is starting to smell burnt... I wish I'd never bought this thing. I'm not saying this newer technology is bad or that combo dryers are bad, but I would not ever recommend this particular model or this brand.
