I've read other reviews with the same problem. I received this as a gift and after a month or so, the medallion fell off even though we were very careful to hand wash and dry each time. After failing to re-glue it back on, the glass actually cracked on its own. Very low quality.

I would not recommend this product to anyone. The picture is false advertising. What I received was a cheap glass with a cheap piece of hard metal that was not even stuck on the glass. I paid £31 and they could not even use enough glue to stick the thing to the glass. Very disappointed and angry with it. The box and packaging was lovely and looked high quality but was let down by the cheap glass and piece of metal rolling around the box. I am requesting a refund. Again do not waste your time and money on this glass like I have.

sent me the wrong letter and the 'waxy seal' is tackily glued on. Really dissapointed in the quality for a £25 glass!

The glass was very cheap, it was like something you could buy for £1 in a supermarket with a flimsy metal disc glued on. For £25 I expected something much more substantial with the ‘pewter’ of decent thickness embedded into the glass. I got a return and refund arranged very easily, but that’s just amazon being a decent provider of service. I would not recommend this product and even felt as if I had been mislead by the description....frankly I felt ripped off. Very very disappointing as this was a gift for someone very special!

Not happy in the slightest. The bit with the letter wasnt even attached when my partner opened the box. I'm abroad at the moment and ordered this as a surprise. Completely ruined it. Will never buy from this company again. I cant even return it as I'm abroad and the return requires me to scan codes etc. Disgrace

Very disappointed as looked like a lovely glass, but pricey but nice for a present arrived today and the letter wasn't even stuck on the glass and the glass looks cheap and nasty. It comes in a lovely box and a bag think thats what ya pay for. Sending it straight back
