Nordic Ware Extra Large Oven Crisping Baking Tray, with Rack, Silver

I used this pan for chicken on top and rice on the bottom and MAN DID THIS BABY PERFORM! Covered with parchment and foil and cooked for 45 minutes then 10 more with the foil off @375f. Easy cleanup too. The recipe I used is from Sivans Kitchen and it was WONDERFUL!

Love this pan. I use these for everything. Roasts, wings, mozzarella sticks. These are just great. The rack helps cook everything evently. Very durable, holds up well in the dishwasher. High quality metal. Very rust resistant. I have one that I've had for years and shows no signs of rust.

Simply love it. Sturdy, solid 100% would buy it again. Perfect size for our standard KitchenAid oven.

I love bacon, but I don't want to make a mess. What I love about bacon is that melt in your mouth yet light perfect crisp. Nothing is better than perfectly cooked bacon. Well this is perfect for baking bacon at the right temperature and the right time you will produce results that are more delicious than freshly prepared dine in restaurants. Your family will want bacon every day so take my advice and buy more than one. Personally I have 2 going to get 2 more soon. Love it.

I know this tray is cheap but I love baking chicken on here. Turns out great every time.

I give is 3.5 stars simply because it takes like half an hour to clean the rack because while it advertises as nonstick, it is definitely not nonstick. I made bacon on it and it took forever to scrub all the stuff off, I couldn't even get it all off and gave up for the last little bits. I made the turkey on it and soaked it for a long time and then scrubbed for a long time to try to get all the stuff off. Other than that it is a great pan with a nice depth and it fit in our standard oven wonderfully. It fit a 13 lb spatchcocked turkey and it cooked wonderfully. If the rack wasn't so hard to clean it would be 5 stars.

I love this pan. It is so versatile. It is well made, and easy to clean. This is a replacement pan for me, as we left our original pan in the sink for a couple of days with water and soap, and a bit of left over food particles. Well, the pan became pitted, and was badly stained. Not the pan’s fault. So this is a replacement. I would not settle for a pan like this of lesser quality. I trust this manufacturer, and have several baking pans made by them. My favorite by far!

I can’t believe how impressed I am with this pan. I was super skeptical that this would actually be non stick as most pans are not. The rack is coated similar to those coated closet racks for pantries. I was shocked that nothing sticks to it and any food residue left sitting on top after cooking, just wipes away with a cloth. The pan is also finally big enough to cook large amounts of food on! I’m so sick of putting food on two small pans and rotating, never fully getting evenly cooked/browned/crisped food! Which brings me to my next point. The reason I bought this. For crisping food! I bought a new oven and it has an air fryer feature. Genius right?!? Goodbye multiple appliances! Bc the rack is a couple inches above the bottom of the pan, there is plenty of room for the air to circulate. Most times I don’t even need to flip my food! Not only that it has cut down the cooking time as well! Overall there are so many positives! Large cooking surface, super easy to clean, air circulates around the rack, almost eliminating the need for flipping food, decreased cooking time, rack doubles as a cooking rack, pan can be used exclusively on its own so you basically get 3 pans for the price of one. I honestly can’t even think of any negatives about this pan at all. Well worth the money and quick shipping time.

Although it was wrapped in plastic, the top edges of the tray look like they have been dragged across a rough surface causing the metal coating to be rubbed off. Have not used yet but have taken pictures just in case the pan starts to rust.
