when we recieved this pkg i knew there was a problem , even before we opened it , it was evident that it had been opened and resealed several times , after we opened it it unit was broken in several spots all the plug accesories were not wrapped in plastic , indicating that unit had been returned more than once !!this one slipped through return process some how , one look at it would show that it should have been scraped.

I love this little fountain! We'd originally thought it would go on the patio but quickly decided to keep it indoors instead. The waterfall sound is not loud but because the motor is extremely quiet, the peaceful, consistent sound of the water is perfect for our living room. The electric cord is very thin and easily disguised. There are 3 small LED lights that shine up from the base and when the water falls onto it, the reflection of the water is very pretty. My granddaughters love to sit and read and always want the fountain on. It's relaxing. But, if you want a louder, more forceful sound from a fountain, this one may not be for you. The distilled water works perfectly with it (in regards to staying clean). About every 2 weeks I add more water because it does tend to evaporate some. I highly recommend this fountain!!

Boy, I REALLY like this fountain. Doesn't make hardly any sound-which is what I wanted as running water sound bothers me-and love that it has light which makes it real striking after dark. No on/off switch but I have it on a timer. Just a very nice, nice fountain. Should be heavy enough not to get blown over but will turn it off and bring in garage for winter,

The media could not be loaded. I searched for a while till I found what I felt gave me the look I wanted. Is safe for outdoor and has a nice water sound. Unfortunately I live near the road and can’t enjoy the water sound unless I’m out in my balcony later at night. But still enjoying it. I have it in the corner of my balcony safe from rain. I went to Lowe’s to picked bricks to raise the fountain. I’m going to add a little green around it to add an outdoor look. Still deciding what I want.

This was okay at first. Leaked a bit. But, I was trying to make it work. Now it’s not even working and unfortunate outside the return window. So. Kinda expensive for something that becomes garbage so quickly.

Overall a good sturdy product, easy to assemble and clear instructions on how to setup. Works as described; But, it spills water outside the collection area due to which have to refill with water once in 2-3 days. If you don't refill water above the motor it makes a weird sound, this is the cue to refill.
