I've always been a huge fan of stir fries. So simple to make, so healthy and finding a great sauce has always been a challenge. They either had hardly any flavor, left a very weird after taste, or within a short period of time, the ingredients would separate and you'd have to shake the bottle well to mix them. This sauce has one of the BEST FLAVORS I've ever tasted! Nice and hardy robust flavor with zero aftertaste and the way it mixes with your stir fry is perfect. Most clings to the stir fry and doesn't end up on the bottom of the plate. My favorite for sure!

This sauce may seem more pricey but it is so intense in flavor that you use less of it. It's a staple in my kitchen.

I was surprised to receive the two little cute bottles when ordering 11.8 oz size. No way was this 11.8 FLUID ounces... I know how big a beer is. So out of pure curiosity I measured the contents and it is almost exactly 8 ounces. While the description on-line didn't explicitly state whether "ounces" represents fluid or weight, it does say it on the bottle. I'm not trying to suggest it was intentionally deceptive. However, I think most people would assume the weight provided represents the fluid ounces of the product. What good is it to know how much it weighs unless it's a solid? Anyway... thought you should know. As far a product quality we haven't cooked with it yet, but I've always been happy with Kikkoman products and think this will be a great addition to our pantry. We've had some recipes that call for soy glaze recently and they all turned out great.
