Great heater for the bathroom
It was really simple to install and wire to the existing switch. It throws a decent amount of heat too, but not so much that I worry about scorching my towels.

Fits Like A Glove
I thought at first it was just my thermostat that wasn't working. So, I bought and installed a Honeywell that I bought from Home Depot. Then to find out later that my baseboard heater was not heating at all despite my thermostat installation. So, I went to buy this and installed the unit myself, though initially wiring might have been my problem because I am not an electrician at all. I was scared causing a fire, short circuit, or much worse- getting electrocuted. Thank goodness for the wonderful world called the internet. I made some research there, and with careful planning I was able to install the unit with ease. It has a clean look and it was easy to clean because of its ceramic look. It was wonderful to have a project well done and I'm proud of it since I did it myself.

solid heaters
These are solid heaters. They have multiple place on both the right and left side to feed wire in. Also multiple places to punch hole through to secure to wall. The wiring to string 2 together in series is not as clean as it should be. (In the diagram it is difficult to see which wire to use.)

Cadet baseboard heater
I like the Cadet products. These appear very well made, with good quality heating elements inside. I probably undersized mine because I had limited electric power capacity (60 Amps - whole house), but, let 'em run. I hooked them up to Honeywell basic line-in thermostats on the wall. Mine are 240v 500 watt (uses about 2 amps). After the initial new smells burn off, they are quite pleasant. Installation, other than runniing all the wiring, was a snap.
