I built a small shed to house the heater outside to keep it out of the weather and just the duct work (heated air and the return air) to the building I needed to heat. It wasn’t the perfect size for the duct but I made a sheet metal adapter to make it a clean fit and install.

should have read the comments because this will not fit 3 inch stove pipe. its about a ~3.5 inch opening. im guessing this is for double walled 3 inch stove pipe. listing clearly says 3 inch. i too am passed the return period so... enjoy my donation, wont happen again.
