Claymore

Nice.... but,
OK, first off Scottish Claymore made in China. Second, meh steel that should be obvious from the tip that was broken in shipping. Third, the coating in the blade makes it feel sticky. Overall, unimpressed.

The real thing!
Okay, so it's not 100% the real thing, but it weighs a ton, is super long, and the husband loves it. He is Scot, and likes to dress the part on highland days, so the Claymore is great eye candy on the house walls or when we have visitors. Nicely made, very clean and not full of scratches or imperfections. It's a beauty! Don't expect a lot of etching, as that technique is mostly used for English broadswords. It should be plain and basic, and this one fit the bill nicely!

Exactly as expected.
Pretty sturdy and reliable. For this kind of cost, you won't get much better. The pommel is peened on, meaning you can't take it apart, but it will hold very strong. 5/5 stars.

A great sword for a great price
This sword is a light well-balanced weapon. It is well crafted with attention to detail. It will make a handsome addition to your collection.

Beautiful Claymore
Great Claymore. Can't say it enough. It took a little while with covid and everything but I completely knew and understood that from the beginning. The company was amazing with their service and response and handled everything wonderfully. I will be ordering again ASAP. The Claymore is 55 inches total and I'm 5 foot 8. So she is what's called "a big yoke!". Packaging was great and came to CA without a single scratch. Thank you CKW!
