Easy 5 stars, love this mouse
After a few weeks of researching, I read reviews for about 15 other ergo mice, and settled on this one. I had already used a Penguin mouse for a couple years, and although it did help relieve pressure from my wrist, it wasn't everything I had hoped for. This one so far seems to be, I've been using it nearly every day for 3 months now. First and foremost, this mouse is comfortable. It has tremendously helped my wrist and I can confidently use it all day without any soreness. I work in IT and go to school, so I'm on the computer most of the day.Admittedly, I did have some soreness at first because I would lazily flop my hand over the mouse as I always had, and expect it to do the job of keeping my wrist in the handshake position by itself. It won't do this passively. It's easy to grab the mouse (and any mouse, for that matter) with my wrist still facing down, and so I do still have to be proactive in keeping my wrist in the handshake position. Also, it's not so big that it fills in my palm, but I have no problem with that. The surface of the mouse is a little smooth though, and sometimes hard to keep my fingers in the same place. To that end, I bought these little rubber bumpers (see pics) to stick on the mouse to subconsciously prompt me to keep my fingers where they should be. I've re-positioned them a couple times, finally got them settled in good spots for my fingers, and they work great. As long as I keep my fingers resting against them, my wrist will stay in place without much thought or effort. Plus I have a little better grip. I use two positions for my thumb, sometimes I'll keep my thumb on the left side of the mouse, and sometimes rest it up top. This is much closer to where it be on a regular mouse anyway, now just turned to the side, and so it's very comfortable up there.I've been an Intellimouse user for 15 yrs and have always loved their size, simplicity, and reliability. They're everywhere, they always work, and they don't have a bunch of fancy features. So, I wished someone would just make one of those, except with it turned to the side. Happily, that's exactly what this mouse is. And it doesn't cost $80 or some nonsense. Thank you, Mojo. For the price, this might be considered an entry-level mouse, but I wouldn't call it that at all, it's just what I was looking for. Frankly I don't know why I'd want to pay upwards of a hundred dollars anyway.I wasn't excited that it was wireless though. I never really liked the feel of wireless mice, they always seemed a bit 'spongy' to me, know what I mean. Wired mice just track more solidly, wherever you physically move the mouse, that's where the cursor goes. And so, I'm very happy to find that this mouse tracks as solidly as if it were wired. I never used a Bluetooth mouse before, but I'm sold on it. Also, very glad I don't have to keep track of a dongle or use a USB port. I still wish there was a wired version though, so I'm never dependent on batteries. Even still, the Bluetooth connection is solid, I've never had it drop.Anyway, one other feature I wanted was the quiet buttons. I had done the "ninjafication" process to all my Intellimice to curb their click volume, and that worked well. But these buttons are even quieter. I frequently go to the library to study, and it's really frustrating hearing someone's nearby 'click-click' all the time. No worries about bothering anyone with these buttons. And to specify, the clicks aren't completely silent, just a dulled, soft click that's quiet but still solid. And as far as the extra buttons go, I use PC, so they just work out of the box.Overall, this mouse has been tremendously valuable to me. I actually wondered if I might have to change careers as a result of my ongoing wrist soreness, but I don't worry about that much now. I had a couple doctors looking at my wrist, and frequently had it adjusted at the chiropractor, so the relief I've had with this mouse has been wonderful. As for any improvements, I'd say if were a tad heavier at the bottom, that would be great. It's pretty light and having some weight would give it a more smooth and luxurious feel. I considered cracking it open and sticking some weight in there, but it really isn't bothersome enough to mess with. Also, if the finish wasn't quite as smooth where the fingers go, that would help a lot with grip. Maybe knurled plastic or rubberized. Furthermore, if there was a wired version, I'd still go for that but either way, this is an easy 5 stars.

Nice fit, but scroll wheel isn't perfect
I really like the way my hand fits on this mouse. However, after 2 years of use, the not-so-silent scroll wheel has begun to lose some sensitivity and control. I also wish there was a rechargeable version, as I dislike having to replace the batteries. But overall, I like it much more than a standard super-clicky mouse.

Exactly as described!
Connects to your computer easily and fits comfortably in your hand! Mouse goes into sleep mode to conserve battery. Battery life seems to be very good.

Doesn't last
I love this mouse....when it works. I've gone through 3 of them now and they all end up with the same problem that the clicks stop registering in time. My current unit will miss a lot of double clicks and when i click and drag it will prematurely unclick while dragging no matter how hard I press the click button. This problem cropped up in each of the units with between 6 months and a year of moderate use. It's too bad because I love the mouse otherwise. I just can't recommend a product that goes bad so quick.

Sensor in the bottom/heel of the mouse a huge problem.
Quality and build is great but something VERY important to note is that the laser/sensor is more towards the back of the mouse, near "heel" of the hand, which is a change from the old version of this mouse which I loved that had the sensor more forward. What is happening now is that when I make small adjustments, pivoting etc, the cursor can actually move in the opposite direction I want, because that is what the heel of the hand does in certain motions, unless you move your whole arm from the shoulder to start the motion, which is the opposite of "ergonomic." I am returning this mouse.
