This has become my go-to cooking spice, the quality is fab and it's a great value. Lovely in home made BBQ sauce and soy sauce based mixes. Super fresh and strong. Love it.As dried garlic can be a bit hygroscopic (water absorbing), I suggest a small desiccant pack in it once open, as well as in your container you keep to hand.This is top grade garlic!
