Its a good product easy to use and effective. Its a fantastic product.

The quality is good, the bands come in a pouch which makes it easy to carry. Comes in 4 different strengths, which can be easily identified by the different colours. The colours are exactly as shown. Overall a good product.

Good Product for workout at home
Have bought a few products for working out from home. This one is good for strength training. Doesn't require space like other equipments as it can be kept anywhere in drawer or cupboard. Good purchase for a decent workout from home

Change of colour
The product is absolutely good. Change of colour can make product even more good. Coz its bit confusing when letters are erased after few weeks. So, can’t confirm the level (easy, medium, etc.,) of band. Other than ✌🏼
