Comfortable and Great Back Support
Worked in an office since 1999 after graduating college and this has been the best chair I have ever sat in for work. I went through 5-6 chairs in a 20 year period spending around an average of $100 for each of them. You do get what you pay for and I should have paid a little more and got this chair many years ago. Very satisfied with my purchase.

so wanted to like it but I was disappointed
I was highly disappointed. I had most of the adjustments at maximum in one direction and it was not enough. I was debating returning it (when someone else in my household decided to give it a try)..thought it is a lot of money that now does not go to helping my own needs. Some important things people would likely want to know: 1) the back pad is integral (does not come off). It only moves a little up/down. I don't have that much of a backside (so I'm told) but mine didn't fit comfortably in the space left by the pad in the full upwards position unless I moved the seat all the way forward (so at this point, to make room for my bum, the seat was all the way forward and the back pad all the way up (note: the person in my household who took the chair has less bum). The back pillow pushes against you so it really needs to do so in just the right place since it cannot be removed. 2) The backpad pushed me forward away from the backrest and I didn't have full use of the armrests (FYI: they don't articulate from the joint with the back!). So, I adjusted the armrests all the way forward also but they don't move enough, thus became of very limited use because they are not sufficiently adjustable. The chair is actually made for someone who is very wide and sits very forward in the seat. Who is wide but sits forward ? How many very wide but flat people do I know?....well none. An FYI, I have done my share of ergonomic assessments in the workplace, including for people with special needs and I am well versed in the ergonomic brands of chairs. I was hopeful getting this chair but disappointed quite a bit by the purchase. I do no recommend this chair's due to insufficient ergonomic adjustments to be of practical use. This is an expensive chair who's purchase I completely regret.

Breathable and strong.
Love the lumbar support and the headrest... Did upgrade to better wheels, but this is a SOLID chair.

Purchased this chair for someone in the office. The chair was recommended after having an ergonomic assessment and has worked out great for the user.

Ergonomic
Excellent chair, good ventilated and ergonomic. Really comfortable, I have some problems with back pain and this chair is exactly what I have looked for.

Most Upright Incline of Back Support is Too Far Back.
I returned this chair because in the chair's most upright position, the back support still leaned back too much and the seat depth adjustment did not go back far enough to solve this issue. I really wanted to the love this char because it has all the adjustment feature I am looking for and it was ultimately uncomfortable and did not allow me to work or game in an upright enough position. Also, the arm rests were too wide apart even at the most narrow setting. It seem like this chair was designed far a much bigger person than myself.

Highly versatile beast of a working chair
This chair is exceptional. I went through a couple different chairs before I stuck with the kelay. It ticks all the boxes I was looking for. Highly adjustable, excellent lumbar support, sturdy and versatile with a 45 degree tilt angle. I compared the Herman Miller mirra 2, sidiz t80, and Oak Hollow mesh aloria. I also have a Herman Miller aeron, leap v2 and an Anda seat dark knight. These are all great chairs as far as build quality and features go. So it all comes down what feels right for your body. For me, the kelay tops them all because of the lumbar support, deep max tilt angle, and the 4d link arm rests. The lumbar support may be a little polarizing though. For me its perfect but, even at it's most recessed setting it's still highly pronounced. I can see this being a problem for some people as it might feel like it's digging into your back. I need the extra support and no other chair on my list offered it as much as the kelay. The arms rests are great too. I love that they adjust in every direction(4d) but are also attached to the back of the chair so it comes with you as you recline. The range of the 4d directions are greater than others I've tried. The 45 degree tilt angle is a nice feature as well. With a moojirs mesh footrest, I can kick back and watch tv at a perfect angle making it a very versatile chair. I also want to mention the headrest because it's got more range than any other chair that I've tried. It will actually support your neck while your sitting straight up. Most won't unless you're in a reclined position. The best thing about this chair is that I don't ache all over when I get up. For instance, the anda seat dark knight "gaming chair" is by far the most comfortable when sitting on it but after getting up I feel like an old man for the rest of the day. The aeron keeps me from aching but it's no where near as comfortable as the kelay while sitting on it. The kelay offers the perfect balance of both worlds. It's also very sturdy and looks to be made of solid materials but time will tell with durability. Chairs are very subjective and I would suggest people to try them out for at least 40 hours before making a decision. I confirmed the 30 day trial period with kelay before purchasing and they confirmed the no risk policy. I ordered the grey color and was sent the black one by accident. Hamway Life was really helpful and gave me 3 different options to resolve the issue. They were prompt, courteous and eager to help. This may be the end game work chair for me and I highly recommend it. If you're up in the air about it, I'd at least give it a try.
