Good tool and needed for valvetronic system
Worked good on my BMW head. It's tricky to get the tool on and off the spring but it's not the tools fault.

Works just like any othe expensive tools for bmws. Since bmw Insists on making poor quality parts that take special bolts and tools. I try my best to not pay bmw or there partners more than needed. Sometimes there's no options I don't buy cheap sensors or internals but whenever there's a chance to save In a safe way I do. Works on a N55 bmw engine much easier and safer with this tool than without.

Mui bueno me funcionó super solo da un poco de trabajo al montar cuando vas a ensamblar de nuevo que tienes q poner más presión y q deveria de venir con unas intenciones más detallada o un video mas detallado que expliquen bn como desmontar y cuando vallas a montar que es algo mas complicado por q hay q hacer mas fuerza de lo demas súper material super a que lo del medio que tienes que jirara q sea una base mas solidasi haces eso seria super para los demás compradores pero si a nadie le importa nada de eso esta super bueno yo desmonté y montes la tapa de bloque de mi e90 y me funcionó si no la hubiera comprado creo q me j@dia super

Bought this tool to replace the valve stem oil seals on my Gen2 Mini. Works great to remove (and re-assemble) the valvetronic springs without serious injury!

moteur vti avec vanos, monté sur les mini r56 , les peugeot 207, des citroen. il n’y a pas mode d’emploi il faut tatonner pour trouver comment introduire les extrémités des ressorts mais on y arrive. sans un outil de ce genre c’est impossible de remettre les ressorts en place. pour le démontage mieux vaut l’avoir aussi car la détente des ressorts est violente

Worked perfectly for removing the 4 springs from the N18 just remember to use a 4mm allen key in the Eccentric shaft actuator to wind the the Eccentric shaft to it lowest position then the springs come out easily.
