I always trusted enafire for their great product at great price. The delivery was quick and easy. The packing of the wireless buds were was premium quality.Coming to sound quality, it has strong bass and overall good sound balance. Its great for work out and run and the fit is very secured.The fit is light and very comfortable. This is the first one I am seeing where the charging case can be used as a powerbank. Brilliant idea for on the go if by chance if you have forgotten your powerbank. All in one I would say and hence a 5 star rating for this beautiful design, great sound and multi purpose device.

I was most surprised (pleasantly so) to receive an email from Suzy at Encafire after I had returned to Amazon ones which I had really been looking forward to trying. When the original ones arrived I paired them easily with my phone (though not the PC as well though that was less important) and tried them out on a number of my favourite tracks. Initially I thought perhaps the setting was wrong somewhere as the sound level was very low (and wouldn't turn up) and the bass - which is what I most wanted - very poor. After just two days I contacted Amazon and returned them.So now comes a review of the replacements. These are an order of magnitude better than the first ones. To set them up is instantaneous and very easy (though so were the first ones to be honest) and the fit very comfortable - I'm wearing them now. The sound is crisp and the bass just what you want a bass to sound like - just don't go near the microwave when it's on as they cut out.So basically I love these and will happily recommend them to all my friends. I am also about to get a new phone - the main reason for looking for Bluetooth in the first place - and look forward to many years of happy listening. Of course I've not tested the battery life yet but I reckon it'll be just fine.So Thank you Encafire - you've saved the day.

I originally bought another model from Enacfire and had a problem with connection and I wrote a review saying about the issue and as a good will gesture Enacfire reached out and offered me a set of the F1 headphones as an apology, which to me is absolute quality customer service, satisfaction is guaranteed from these guys.Onto the headphones, they look great and the charging dock is awsome, especially with the power bank option too, thats great.The sound is brilliant, a lot better than the original headphones I bought, the sound is of a high end set of head phones, great bass.I would definitely recommend these headphones and definitely recommend Enacfire as a brand

This ear buds are great in terms of output, there is no active noise cancelling, just passive, which is okaish.The battery life is greatBAD THING is I cannot use the microphone in calls via skype, zoom, whatsapp, or send voice notes....... It's annoyingUPDATE 1: Enacfire will be sending me a replacement unit. I am updating this review to 4 stars. If the unit works including the microphone, I will update this to 5 stars

I was bought these as stocking filler, and they have a slight hiss; which I think is called "noise floor", similar sound to what we used to get with tapes back in the day.Within the left earpiece, the mesh has come off - hasn't caused any issues with sound, but might get too dirty to clean after a while.All and all a good entry and they last forever.
