The Silvia is a fantastic machine. The pro version includes two major improvements: dual boiler (so you don’t have to wait when frothing milk, for example) and PID for a better temperature handling. Installing an after-market PID in the regular Silvia is a must for coffee enthusiasts so you can save this step with the pro model
