I have Bipolar type 2 with ADHD. I've been on medications for 18 years, recently diagnosed with low T4 Thyroid. I'm NOT giving medical advice, but Lithium Carbonate over time can potentially cause problems with the thyroid, so I switched to the over counter solution and it absolutely works for me.
