The shorts look, fit and feel great. Love the elasticity. The only challenge is that the light khaki color I chose is a bit see-through. You can see the stripes of my boxers through the material. See pic attached.

These short help in this heat, water beads off and they dry fast. Very cool when out directing traffic, and match our uniform. They go through washer and dryer great.

These are light-weight for those super hot days, but the materials feel very syntactic, almost like a bathing suit. I still don't know how i feel about it overall..

Actually, these are a little pricey for an Amazon product but finding a good quality pair of shorts with a decent leg length and stretchy waistband was important for me. This fit the requirement.
