Captures the essence of the S.T.A.L.K.E.R.:Shadow of Chernobyl videogame to a T. The atmosphere of books such as Roadside Picnic is admirably upheld with this game. The game play is great, once the rules have carefully been read. Be aware there are two conditions for ALL players failing- running out of Rumor Cards OR running out of event cards at the Sarcophagus. There is only one possible winner- the player that defeats an event while in the Sarcophagus. My family and I played it for several hours over the course of two games. It was challenging and a lot of fun!

The rules layout is the only reason I did not give this game 5 stars. We loved it once we figured it out and made some decisions about what parts of the rules meant. Maybe it translated weird im not sure buy what I am sure of is This game is like Arkham Horror meets Talisman . Lots of fun!
