I mean, it’s pretty, but it’s NOT sturdy. Not compared to my last letter opener which was about $3 at Walmart. I expected much more sturdiness for the cost. It is also much shorter than expected and again - pretty, but I can see why some people just leave it in the box. I actually USE my letter openers, and although I like it, I don’t love it, especially not for the price point. I kind of regret not returning it within the window, but whatever. It does the job... but it bends super easily and is flimsy, just keep that in mind when purchasing. If pretty is worth paying $20 for a letter opener - go for it. Personally, not my best purchase choice.

A very pretty sharp weighted strong letter opener. Opens letters well and doesn't bend like other letter openers. Very pleased.

I purchased this product for my daughter for Christmas. She wanted something special to use on her mail. She found it a little difficult to use at first but got the hang of it. It is very pretty and looks just like the advertised picture. It has a good weight to it and doesn't feel flimsy at all. Thanks

This letter opener is pretty and seems sturdy. It's a little small but the most disappointing thing is that I don't know what kind of metal it is, but it won't stick on my magnetic bar I keep above my desk.

This was a gift for my daughter. It is very pretty but could have been an inch longer. Had to open a couple of envelopes and then got the hang of it. My daughter is excited to now be able to open the year's worth of mail that has been piling up. Good thing she pays her bills on line.
