Center Output Deeper - Have Rubber Seals
It was listed as a commonly returned item which I appreciate the honesty. I'm impressed with the quality but found out that the outlet (middle threaded output) was deeper than the other two (hot and cold) inputs. I used another black seal, so I doubled the seals stacked and the outlet finally stopped leaking. Just remember the connections have rubber seals at the bottom that are included, you cannot just Teflon tape these connections and expect them not to leak.

Product was exactly as described. Unfortunately I've lost the faceplate and would like to buy an additional faceplate. How do we buy individual replacement parts?

I like that this is easy to petard with different water level based on the pressure that you wish to use.It is pretty easy to install

It leaks regardless of torque, thread tape or gaskets
Iโd seen other reviews mentioning leaking, and this one was no different. I used high quality fittings, pipe tape and the provided gaskets, and it was tightened as much as humanly possible, but leaked as soon as water was turned on. I uninstalled, removed fittings and tried it with thread tape alone ( one of the suggested methods from manufacturer) but got the same result. No way Iโm going to tile over something this obviously unreliable. Iโll spend a little more and get a better brand, I suggest everyone does the same.
