Works Great!!! Takes a few minutes to get started but does get very hot n about an hour. You can also cut them down to fit the size of the space to cover. After you think its done and not hot anymore then when you remove it the space gets hot again for a while!!!

These actually could double as hair removal strips, that's how strong the adhesive is. I only have Salonpas (capsicum/menthol) to compare these with, but they're great. They took a little longer to start working (~20 minutes), but then they worked perfectly for hours and hours, to block my chronic neck pain. And they don't slip off the way the Salonpas strips do, see note about adhesive above.

This works better than prescription muscle relaxers! Sticks well! Good size that can be cut into smaller sections for specific areas. The sensation is very intense! It can be painful after a while, but for me, it's beneficial. I'd rather feel that type of pain than spams and excruciating muscle pain any day!

These pads get HOT. I've used similar capsaicin products for a long time. These definitely beat out the rest for heat. As a warning, DON'T place on a hairy body part, or on dry, freshly washed skin. It sticks... boy, does it stick. No worries about it coming off or moving.

I never felt the heat until I removed it and took a shower,then it was HOT. I'm disappointed.

May be a little hot for sensitive skin, but these patches really do the job providing relief.

Product did not get "hot" like advertised and was very painful to remove.
