All you need extra is hose and a battery...and replace hose fittings.
I needed a way to hose down our fishing deck each morning after our ducks spent the night sleeping and leaving lots of .... droppings. I had access to water and I used the hose - but that costs money. Especially if you have to do it every day. Not to mention that it’s wasteful. So I looked on Amazon and was excited to find a kit that had everything I needed for a solar solution. I placed the order. It all arrived on time. To tell the truth I was a little intimidated by all the hardware and wires...I am very handy and do all kinds of work on our mini-ranch...except that my only previous experience with solar was installing a 10 inch plate for our security cameras. This came with a huge 100 watt solar panel and a PVM controller. Other parts that it came with were a DC submersible pump and plastic fittings for a hose connection to the pump. The instructions could have been done better. There was a misprint in polarity of the solar panel connecting to the controller. But the Wire connectors are marked and by the time you are installing these parts, you’ll probably will not need the instructions anyway. It is pretty intuitive and simple after you read it once. So, you get everything except a battery and a hose. I would also recommend to replace the fittings. Or just hook up your garden hose to the pump - with whatever sprayer other than what arrived-what they send is plastic that eventually fails.I installed a marine grade 12v battery-just because I had one from our boat. But a regular car battery will work just fine. The pump gives enough pressure to wash duck doo doo off the deck. I will update later with actual tested pressure data.I enjoyed working on this kit.

Strangest order I ever placed for something
I felt like I was not dealing with a specific company and envisioned that it was some guy operating out of his basement putting together orders for these products like some sort of underground middleman. All items arrived individually in different boxes like they came from other companies. No instructions or specifications came with the items with the exception of the controller. You are kind of left on your own to figure it out as there is no one to reach out too. Shouldn't be too difficult to put together if you know what you are doing but wonder if I would have been better off buying the items individually myself. Very sketchy!

It’s the things they don’t tell you
Cannot operate without a battery the way that it is packaged. 16 amp pump with a 6 amp solar panel. Information provided says pumps at 13 gallon per minute. 23 feet of head. I get slightly less than 10 gallons per minute with ten feet of head and a run of 20 feet using a one inch line. Set up is easy and expect to add $$$$$ for a battery.

This system works well.
This system works well. I was frustrated with the delivery. They seller upgraded the 100-watt panel to 120-watt for free, that was good. However, the solar panel and controller arrived first at my physical address. Then they mailed me a gift, a solar powered cigarette (?) lighter a few days later to my mailing address. Then finally the pump and wire arrived about a week after the panel arrive. During all of this I was communicating with the seller wanting to know when I would get the pump. I felt like I was communicating with someone in China that did not have a full command of English, it was a little frustrating.I added a 12V deep cycle marine battery to the system. The only functional concern I have with the equipment is that the pump tends to trip the controller off during low-voltage situations (as the sun goes down), sometimes. It requires a manual reset to resume recharging the battery/running the pump. It sometimes shuts off the pump until there is sufficient charge but I cannot rely on that. Otherwise, I am pretty happy with the system. I attached a 1-inch ID tubing for a waterfall in my greenhouse pond. It spits out a lot of water.

Depth & diameter of your water well. Length of wire; Dia. of the pump to the dia. of the well shaft.
I liked the simplicity of the pump, the batter/controller and panel as a kit. I would have liked a greater volume and pumping pressure, but that has more to do with the model of the pump, and I could have gone up to a larger pump had I been more knowledgeable.

Does nor pump anywhere near advertised specs
I ordered this pump to work with my water feature and I needed it to lift about 20 feet, pump will not even lift water to about 10 feet. Output is also much lower than advertised. Basically this was a complete waste of money for me because I end up having to order a different pump as this wouldn’t lift water to the height that it said it would. The pump is obviously used because it was underwater so now I guess I can’t return it

Not Compatible with Standard USA sizes
The pump has a non standard fitting on the end. It comes with strange plastic fittings, but they are all for foreign sizing. Fisters will not reply to requests for support. Poor product and support, do not buy.
