Will this work on a werner attic master model 2210? Manufactured by Kentucky laadder in 1994/1995.

This product worked well for my Kentucky Ladder Company p/n 53882-01, 1992-97.

Will this fit a Werner Model #2210 Spacemaster wood? The bolt broke out of the pivot plate, but pivot plate looks ok. Is pivot plate bolt included?

If the ladder was manufactured prior to 2006, then yes it will fit. The pivot point is replaced by a lag screw.

Will this product work on a louisville attic ladder, model as226p manufactured january 2005.

i have no idea. You should contact the manufacturers - the one making the replacement hinge as well as the one making your Louisville ladder.
